i am really upset. i have 2 webkinz accounts and i got my letter in the mail for my island ATV. the strange thing is that i never actually received the item in my docks. i am very disappointed and upset….especially since it is a cool item.
I logged in twice today and still nothing. There is a glitch today, and I hope when they fix it we’ll all get the ATV.

My brother logged in, got the Kinzpost postcard from Kinectimals, but also didn’t get the prize (a cool looking green ATV). So I logged into my account, opened the Kinzpost from Kinectimals, and I also didn’t get the prize. Tried logging back in again but still no prize. Probably a glitch.
