I had dragged a bunch of Material Pick Packs into my room when they weren’t working, and when I went to use them, after the issue was fixed, they’d all disappeared. They’re not in my dock and they didn’t re-appear when I logged out and logged back in. I had 3 or 4 of them so I’m pretty irritated…
I’m beginning to think I’ll never be able to get back into my account. Been patient but I don’t ever remember the tech team taking this long to fix something on Classic. Sickening that I’ve spent so much money on Next already for this to happen. Sad, sad, sad.

Yes. I put a ticket in.. Five or Six day ago I got an email saying I would be contacted again when tech support figures it out. I haven’t been able to play since 12/26/21

Hi again! In case no one else mentioned it, the supply gift boxes on Next are not working again. You place them in the room, click on them, the interface opens, you make your selection, and nothing happens. The prize is not awarded and the gift box doesn’t disappear. They have been building up in my dock for the past 3-4 days. Please let me know if there are updates or cache clearing needed to be done on my end. Thank you!
