UPDATE: Thank you for your patience — the issue has now been resolved. Your Desktop App should update the next time it launches — if it does not, please download it from webkinz.com again and re-install.

 
 

We are aware of the security message players are receiving when loading the Desktop App, however there has been no security breach and your accounts are safe.

 
 

Our technical team is currently working on a fix for the login issues. We appreciate your patience. The mobile app is not affected by this issue, so you can still log in to your accounts that way.

    Wondered what was going on since early last evening. Wishing you would post this type of message sooner. Would save a lot of stress.

      Precisely, I was terrified that something had gone wrong on my own computer because there was no word on Newz, from Webkinz Team or other users, when I first made a comment asking about it. I would have gone to bed so worried if it weren’t for this weird gut feeling that everything was going to be resolved the next day.

    Thanks for letting us know that security has not been breached and that our accounts are not in danger. Hopefully, the tech wizards will get things up and running again very soon. Meanwhile, I am able to log in on the mobile app without problems.
