UPDATE: Thank you for your patience — the issue has now been resolved. Your Desktop App should update the next time it launches — if it does not, please download it from webkinz.com again and re-install.

 
 

We are aware of the security message players are receiving when loading the Desktop App, however there has been no security breach and your accounts are safe.

 
 

Our technical team is currently working on a fix for the login issues. We appreciate your patience. The mobile app is not affected by this issue, so you can still log in to your accounts that way.

    hi ok, this actually began/occurred yesterday, not today. if this helps the repair, you may need to know this as well. i had the app open on my desktop but had walked away for awhile to take care of real life things. when i returned, I WAS UNABLE TO CLOSE THE APP. so i knew something was up–wondered if it was b/c of the means i had to go to to get it off my screen. in one way relieved it is not me, but on the other hand, this is worrisome, right? also, as we know we can not do much on the mobile app, & further, i can never log in w/ my main account or i will lose the box (i collect boxes in my dock–perhaps my most prized collection!!). well everyone, here’s to a quick fix!! :) best, k.

    I had been receiving this message since yesterday. I quickly realized it was a glitch when the usual remedies didn’t work. Thank you to all the IT guys & gals working on it.
