I have logged out over and over again and am very anxious to play those games my cousin was able to play… Something must be wrong with the setup… Please fix quick…thanks

Sounds great but mine didn’t work only got blue screen
i got kicked out of webkinz before i could log out. then i logged back in which took forever, and then i logged out. got nothing no games, prizes what gives???????????
