Ella McWoof here – on the trail of a big story!
I keep hearing talk around Webkinz World about a new top secret project being worked on. All I know for sure is that it’s called Webkinz X.
Sounds like there are some pretty big changes coming! What could it mean for the citizens of Kinzville?
You know what? A story this big is too much for me to tackle on my own. I’m going to need some roving reporters on my side.
Meet me in Kinzville Park and I’ll provide you with some reporting supplies so you can help me sniff out the story!
Here are the items I will be giving out:
- Webkinz Newz Newspaper Box
- Green Notepad and Pencils
- Purple Notepad
- Newz Reporter’s Trench Coat
- Newz Reporter’s Hat
I’ll be searching for answers in the Park every day from Wednesday, May 27 to Sunday, May 31. See you there!

This doesn’t work. I click on her and I get shown a video. No questions at the end to answer. I want prizes! Help!!
Hey….I’m having a few problems with the Webkinz Mobile app…it won’t let me switch pets, and whenever I feed my pet, it shows her hunger meter down to zero. I cleared the cache, but it didn’t work. What should I do?
Try deleting the app and re-installing it. You won’t lose any information and it usually helps with issues.

I downloaded it again and still had the same issues. Also Goober’s Atomic Adventure…when I play a timed level it slows down a lot.
Mike could you help me to find out why I can not see Ella in the park I have been looking for her on the 27th and 28th and still can not see her.Thanks
Do you have AdBlocker? If so, please turn it off and check if she’s there.
When I go to the park I either get “the park isn’t available” or when I click on Ella, I get a video- no present…..madding.
If you get a video, try logging out and back in. The prize should be in your Dock.
…..to tell you the truth, I just really don’t care anymore about this X thing….
There was a glitch yesterday. Every time I clicked on Ella, a video came on and then after it was over the screen was frozen and I had to log out, so I never got my prize yesterday. ):
Still no Ella. And I’ve talked to my friends in the park & if they do see her, they freeze or get logged off when they click on her for the prize. Too many glitches on this one!
She’s there. Is your AdBlocker turned off? It must be off for you to see her.
I loged on today and got my gift box, but it was the EXACT same gift! Is this a glitch?
No, she gives you a random prize and you received the same one twice in a row.
I don’t really like to be a complainer, but if there are five prizes and five days, why would it be random and not a specific one per day? Seems there would be a lot more happy webkinz players.
This is really cool, but I can’t find her in the park! I’ve looked everywhere. my ads are turned on, and I use Google Chrome. I couldn’t find Cowabelle last time she was in the park either. Help would be greatly appreciated Ganz!

I have been looking for 2 days on 5 accounts & have not found Ella. I made sure that I fixed my ad blocker & still haven’t found her. I thought maybe it took 24 hours for it to start, but no luck. HELP!!!!!
