Missing a few prizes or want some more to add to your collection? Look for boxes of Winterfest Cookies at the W-Shop (you’ll find them in the New & Promos section of the shop). Drag and drop a box of cookies into your pet’s room to open it. Once it’s open, you’ll find your cookies in your Dock. Feed a cookie to your pet for the chance to win one of the following prizes, including the Grand Prize: A Fancy Frozen Piano:

I have to agree. I played for over an hour and did not see 1 snowflake. They are way to far and between. I don’t see how anyone can win the piano at this rate.
The Piano is not a prize from the Snowflakes. Only from the Winterfest Cookies available at Ganz eStore.
Sally my computer is broken and has been for 3 days so I’m missing the snowflakes, will the older prizes like the bear be available if I feed my pets the snowflake cookies?
No, the prize pool for the Winterfest Cookies does not include older Winterfest prizes this year.
Sally, about how long do Estore pets stay? (Referring to the Pixie Fox) Because I really really want a certain pet but am afraid that it will be gone by the time I have enough for it. It was the same last year, I remember it leaving the store almost right after it was released. But that was before I was Deluxe.

I can pass the request on, but these things can’t be easily turned on and off, unfortunately.
I go to the park and they come every 5 to 6 minutes. Try clearing your cache before you log into webkinz world and see if that helps. Good Luck!

Only 3 more days? Michael & Sally Webkinz, I have a request. Could the snowflakes appear a bit faster for the last 3 days please? Many of us don’t have hours upon hours to spend sitting in the park or clubhouse waiting for them. It would be nice to be able to find all 5 a day for the final 3 days. I’m still looking for ice pillars & running out of time fast! Thanks!

IKR? It’s sad to have to choose between pet care & Winterfest activities. It has been a bit faster on my account this morning, hope that continues. I found 3 flakes in 45 minutes, not bad. Still no ice pillars tho, cross your fingers for me!

IKR? I totally agree. As has been done some times in the past. I have 2 screens open right now, one is Webkinz World & the other the Newz. So at least I can do things in here while hoping for snowflakes in there. I’ve been on for over 2 hours already and only one flake has fallen. That’s it for me for today, sigh.

Yes, it would be nice if snowflakes would come faster, or at least show up in your room or at the arcade, because that’s usually where I spend most of my time on Webkinz. I do like starting conversations with people in the park though. Thats always fun, right?! =D

I have narrowed down the problem on the Sharecenter that i had yesterday… it says I can submit a cookie to the ‘design a cookie contest’ when i am not logged in, but when i log in, it doesn’t let me submit a cookie. I can submit to any other gallery, but not the ‘design a cookie’ one. Can you please fix this? I have really nice cookies to enter!
I would suggest creating a new account, as there appears to be something corrupted with your existing one.

FENNEC I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!! It drove me crazy!!! I had drawn a million pictures for the Deluxe Designer contest, and then it wouldn’t let me enter them! I have to say, I got a BIT mad… XD But don’t freak out! A new account should fix the problemo- it did for me! :)
