I believe Steve said it was an issue they knew about. And they said that all WKN boxes will be fixed the next update, which is July 27th.
Same, but one of the official accounts replied on another post that they would fix this with routine maintenance at the end of the month :)

Yes. I can not open my July Peek-A-Newz boxes either. I also am unable to do any of the pet of the month specific extras on the Today’s Activities menu. I received my POTM gift box when I adopted my Black Lab, Duchess, but none of the Black Lab specific items listed on the Today’s Activities menu will let me play. It always gives me the message “You must have the featured pet” even when I am playing with my Black Lab. Very frustrating.
The Black Labrador is the Pet of the Month, not the Black Lab. They are two different pets. The Peek A Newz box will be fixed with the next maintenance.
They aren’t fixing it until the 27th, so until then you get to stockpile them in your dock lol
Seems to be a glitch. Mine aren’t opening and many other people are having the same problem. Hopefully they will fix soon.

They had the poster and menu recently too. None of it is new. Disappoint.

The Relish Bottle Costume and Relish Bottle Hat were available in 2021. Then they were retired.
