Yay!!! I look forward to this event every year. I love the Viking Princess Costume. It’s really pretty. The robot costume is kind of scary and I don’t like football so I’m not into that costume either. But some of my pets might be!!! I’m so excited for Halloween. I don’t know what I’m goanna be. What are you goanna be?

Where are these jack o lanterns? I have been at the park, the clubhouse, and Arte’s just waiting and I can’t find them. I agree rascel; please put floatys back in our rooms.

I logged into Webkinz on October 13 for deluxe day, but never received my deluxe gift box for this month. How can I get it??
The Gift Box would have been awarded to your account on the first of October. The Precious Stone had to be collected from the Today’s Activities page — it was an all day event. If you didn’t receive your October gift box, then please send customer service an email at ganzestorecs@ganz.com
Sally Webkinz I got the box and the red gem in a box. I put it in my new pet BatTina’s room on a log table. Now the log table is froze and the red gem in a box has disapeared :( .
There’s one direction that the Precious Stone doesn’t work (when closed) — that should be fixed after tomorrow’s update.

The pumpkins will not be floating in rooms, unfortunately. We’re still working on bringing that functionality back.
