The Sophie post explaining the types of fish says they start to float AFTER 10AM.
No, that was only for after maintenance. It said after 10 am on July 4th after maintenance. All of the others are regular scheduled.
IT IS AFTER 10 right now its 11:18 still nothing :(
They do not appear to be floating in either mobile or on the site.

As per usual, or par for the course, I’m forced to ask; What Lil Polka Dot Fish? I’ve all my ads turned etc., spent over half an hour in the game, going everywhere and I did not see any Lil Polka Dot Fish clicky floaty and neither did my husband. :-(
The fish are not floating on mobile yet. I think later in the day they will, though.
I’ve been on both webkinz world and the mobile app for an hour and a half each this morning and no sign of the lil polka back fish. Could Michael, Mandy, Sally, etc. let us know what time this is starting (e.g. 9 am EDT)? Will it run until the 12th at that same time? Also could you explain how the once a day works – for example if I click on a floaty or a peek-a-newz at 11 pm on say the 8th, I know I can’t click on it at 6 am on the 9th (campaign expired message). What is the minimum wait time from one physical day (in Eastern time) until the next? Knowing this will make the search much less frustrating and more enjoyable (although I’d really like it to be a date thing vs a 24 hour thing :) Looking forward the all the lil fishes this month!
