For those of you who are having trouble with the videos-
I had the same issues. Normally when I get on Webkinz, I use my bookmarked link. It opens up the login screen full screen & without the side ads. That seems to be what’s causing the problem for most people. You have to actually type the URL for webkinz.com in your browser, then once you get there, click login so that the separate window pops up, WITH the ads at the side. That seems to fix the problem. I did use Firefox, as everyone seemed to think that may help. I used IE & did the exact same thing to get my son’s working, though, & it worked fine. If that doesn’t work, I guess try deleting cookies, etc., & try Firefox again. The whole deal with the ads fixed mine right away, though. Hope this helps some of you! =)
and if those do not work just call webkinz and they will troubleshoot your account which is what i had to do for both my accounts
On the floating Lorax, all I have gotten are Marvelous Marshmallows! I thought there would be a variety of exclusive prizes. Now, if I am on my account and I don’t get to click on the floating Lorax, I’m not so upset because after many times of clicking on it, I am reassured that all I’m missing are marshmallows that aren’t even the least exclusive. And I just sell them in the W-Shop because all they are are marshmallows, nothing more, or nothing less.

Am I the only one who is having trouble getting the video challenges to load on both the Quests??? I’m at the point on both quests where it says watch the video and answer the questions but when I try to watch the video NOTHING shows up! Any ideas out there??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
