I didn’t get my gift either. I noticed in the Lorax article on Webkinz Newz it said when you will get gift boxes. It didn’t mention February 24th. Do you think Ganz made a mistake?
It’s too bad that I am unable to play. I live in North America and I receive the message when clicking on the Video Challenge, within the Adventure Park, that the video is not in my region.
I had the same problem. I didn’t get a gift from the Lorax either. I even searched all over the Adventure Park too.

Well I can’t wait for the movie. But I never received my gift from the Lorax today and it said that I would.

Unfortunately, on my computer, what Zillie posted didn’t work. I finally went to a friend who has a fairly new computer and has Windows 7 on it, while I have XP on mine. The video came right up on hers, could watch it, answer the questions and got the prize on both quests. I used IE on hers. Hope you can get this fixed Ganz so everyone can play the video – no matter how old or new the computers are.
