Try checking your email that is associated with your Ganz world account and possibly your email account associated with your webkinz account. Hope that helps.
Also the code can be entered in the code shop but it should say what to do in the email.
I made my Ganz world account so long ago that I don’t even remember the email it went with :( oh well I guess…
well maybe you saved a picture on your computer when you were done typing in your password. maybe it also sent a picture of your webkinz e-mail

You can go to the Ganz site and update your email there. Put in your current one. I’m sure once that’s done, you’ll be sent your prize. By the way, Congratulations!
