    Hi, I’m not asking you to post this, but I’d like it if someone coukd help me.. I’ve written to sally a few times about this estore issue I have..

      It appears that you aren’t receiving their emails regarding this issue — they had sent you a follow up the last time you left a message about this. Would you be able to create a Gmail account or something similar to try to email from? They forwarded the email, and this is the content of their latest message:

      Please note, we have been informed that you may have not received our previous email response to you, so we are forwarding again.

      Please reply back here so we can assist you further with your option regarding the Deluxe Membership issue.

        Sally..I did get their email asking what I wanted..I wrote back saying I was ok with the deluxe..never heard back…I get emails everytime I buy at the estore too.. no issues. And I even checked spam .nothing. I cleaned out me email so I could see if things came in..so I’m not missing anything.

          They never received your reply to that email. Sometimes email providers will arbitrarily black list addresses, or something else weird is going on.
