Please help!!!! Ganz or Gennelle this event doesn’t seem to be working. Is there anything you can do?? All it shows is a video when I go up to Cowabelle and then causes my computer to freeze and does nothing else. I hope that you guys have this little event go on longer since some of us haven’t been able to get any of the prizes. Please help and thank you!!

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with this?? When I go into the park to meet Cowabelle to get a prize, all it shows is a video and doesn’t do anything else. Is there something wrong with this??? Is anyone else experiencing this also??
I found that once I cleared my history, I was able to get the gift box instead of seeing the video.
HELP!! When I click on Cowabelle, all I get is a video. Whats going on?
This happens to me when I click on the Kinzville Park from the map. Then I have to exit WW and log back in. But, if I go to the Things to Do menu and click on the Kinzville Park bar, I get the gift box when I click on Cowabelle. Strange that the pathway to the park makes a difference in the outcome…
Well, day 2 & I haven’t seen Mayor Cowabelle in the park. All of my accounts read “You currently DO wish to participate in 3rd party events & promotions”. So why am I unable to find the mayor? Totally frustrated as I do like the new items.
Do you have AdBlocker on in your browser? If so, that could be preventing her from appearing.
