Hey guys… I am excited to present the 10 finalists for our 8th Webkinz Room Design Awards! These finalists were chosen from the Webkinz Room Design videos/posts that we featured on Webkinz Newz since our last Room Designs Awards which were held in September.
Congratulations to all 10 finalists:
Finalists: you will each be sent a code for a 6 Pack of 2018 Winterfest Cookies for making it to the finals! I will send you an email on Monday, January 22nd with more details, so please check the email account you used to send in your designs. The email will be labeled as sent by the “Webkinz Social Media Team”.
3 finalists from the group above will win a Room Design Trophy! Here’s how the winners will be chosen:
- The 1st winner will be decided by a vote right here on Webkinz Newz. On Monday, January 22nd, players can vote for their favorite design (voting will end on Tuesday, January 23rd @ noon, EST).
- The 2nd winner will be chosen by the Webkinz Creative Team
- The 3rd and final winner will be chosen by me, Michael Webkinz!
Voting will take place right here on Webkinz Newz starting on Monday, January 22nd. Voting will end on Tuesday, January 23rd at noon (EST) and we will post the results on Wednesday, January 24th.

Gosh, these ALL deserve to win for ‘BEST’ something..! Every one put their Webkinz in just the right places, and the way the items were used is just really inspiring..! There was always one that sort of stood out to me before, but this time it’s actually really hard to choose! I know out of aalllll the entries, it truly is an honor to be nominated (lol) but I say we just give em all a trophy & try again later hahaha
I SO agree agirlandhercat!! There’s actually three or four that stand out to me here where there’s normally one that kinds of piques my interest in its originality, placement and concept. These are great rooms and it’s gonna be a hard decision… good luck everyone, and congratulations on being a finalist! – Essie
These are ALL so creative and all deserve to be winners! I am glad to see so many sending in such great rooms with clever use of items we all have!
These are neat! I have a question for Michael Webkinz (or maybe Sally can answer): How do you submit room designs for the room design awards?
Wow! These are so creative. I love the Trick or Treat and the Polar Express because I actually have some of the furniture to make them; but I never would have thought to do those themes. All of these look wonderful, really.
Awesome designs! Congratulations to all the finalists!! I’ve been looking at all these beautiful rooms for the last couple of evenings while playing PKN and it’s just impossible to choose a favorite. They are all so amazing and creative. Thank you for sharing your beautiful designs with us, and good luck.
