Hey guys… I am excited to present the 10 finalists for our 8th Webkinz Room Design Awards! These finalists were chosen from the Webkinz Room Design videos/posts that we featured on Webkinz Newz since our last Room Designs Awards which were held in September.
Congratulations to all 10 finalists:
Finalists: you will each be sent a code for a 6 Pack of 2018 Winterfest Cookies for making it to the finals! I will send you an email on Monday, January 22nd with more details, so please check the email account you used to send in your designs. The email will be labeled as sent by the “Webkinz Social Media Team”.
3 finalists from the group above will win a Room Design Trophy! Here’s how the winners will be chosen:
- The 1st winner will be decided by a vote right here on Webkinz Newz. On Monday, January 22nd, players can vote for their favorite design (voting will end on Tuesday, January 23rd @ noon, EST).
- The 2nd winner will be chosen by the Webkinz Creative Team
- The 3rd and final winner will be chosen by me, Michael Webkinz!
Voting will take place right here on Webkinz Newz starting on Monday, January 22nd. Voting will end on Tuesday, January 23rd at noon (EST) and we will post the results on Wednesday, January 24th.

I love to see these rooms that get submitted. I’ve thought of submitting,but I guess too “shy”. LOL. “Trick or Treat?” is so clever and cute. “Kinz Rescue Center” is so original and very well put together. A very practical idea to go with all these snowy rooms and Ski Lodge. Then I can almost feel the the motion of the “Polar Express”. I just know if I could look out those windows I could watch the scenery rushing by as I enjoyed a nice cup of hot cocoa. These rooms are absolutely beautiful! I’ve enjoyed viewing them, again and again for the last few days. Just spectacular. It’s really fun for all of us who enjoy design to see what our WW friends create, so I want to thank everyone who submits for sharing your designs with the rest of us. They are so enjoyable! Congratulations to all the finalists featured!!

Congratulations to all the talented finalists! You are all winners already; I mean, to make the top 10 out of all the room designs since Sept….way to go!!! These rooms are absolutely amazing, each in their own way. It’s gonna be a really difficult choice!
Gonna be soooo hard to choose! They are all so clever and beautifully designed. What a talented group of Webbie lovers we have in our family!
