I have a question. I usually renew my Deluxe Membership before it expires, particularly if there’s a sale, item, or pet I wished for. I have never used the auto renewal before even though it is turned on. My Deluxe Membership expires today and I’m wondering when the auto renewal kicks in. Please clarify this for me. Thank-you! I’m pretty sure that you should have gotten an email in the one linked to the account in question. Maybe check your spam folder. If you didn’t turn it off in the eStore, as far as I know it just renews automatically. If you log on tomorrow and you are no longer deluxe, contact customer support.
