No Sally, I am not. I even tried using firefox even though I prefer chrome. I still can’t see her. Would it be possible for Webkinz to put a pop up that takes us directly to her upon signing in like you do with Cinnamon? I have not gotten one prize from the mayor and I voted for her for the prizes.

I was able to click on Sophie before, but now I can’t. When I click on her, it’s like she’s not there. I just go on top of her and don’t get the prize. This is the first it’s happened to me, but I think I remember someone else had the same problem.
This happens to me, too. To beat it, I just walk up to her, then I click on her. So far, it’s been working for me.
Is anyone else only getting the poster? Ive logged on all the days on both of my accounts and have only received posters.
