Hoohoo! Hello my fellow citizens of Kinzville, it’s your mayor, Dr. Quack!
I just love getting away from the formal confines of City Hall to meet my fellow citizens out in the open. That’s why I will be visiting the Kinzville Park starting TODAY— Tuesday, October 9th until Saturday, October 13th. Why don’t you drop by and say “hi”?
I will also be giving out a gift box each day for those who visit. Inside, you’ll find one of these fun prizes, including a NEW newspaper clipping and a NEW collectible coin!

I turned off my ad blocker, but the mayor was still not there!
where is he?
I have “Ads On”, but Dr. Quack is still not appearing. Does anyone have any troubleshooting methods?
I have gone to the Park two times this morning and the Mayor is not there,
Not using an ad blocker, and we still cannot see our beloved Mayor in the park this morning.

Mayor, Dr. Quack is slipping on his duties…he is NOT appearing in the park as scheduled. :( I do not use Ad Blocker!!!
Good morning I have a ? Do we need to wait until 9 am for the mayor to show up. I know he is a very busy duck.
Again?? Why does this keep having to be reset? This is so aggravating. I have no access to my parent accounts and even less to my player accounts. Isn’t there Something simpler you can do to fix this? I can’t call Ganz because the hours you are open I am at work and I am not allowed to have my phone on the floor. This is so frustratine, especially because every other ads on promo you have I have had no problem accessing at all because my preferences follow that original setting. Now you tell me that I have to do it all over again and when I go to the parent site to login it tells me that the information I am giving is wrong. Is this going to interfere with collecting from the ghost, too?
You do not need third party ads on. Ads on is referring to turning off your ad blocker.
dixiecup I have a simpler way. I set my FireFox with AD’s ALWAYS ON. Then I usually play my CHROME with AD’s ALWAYS OFF . This way I can switch in a heartbeat and always keep playing. ASK your parents it does take some setting but I have had mine this way for 2 years at least now. Only thing is with Chrome When I LOG IN I have to CLICK to RUN FLASH but Fire Fox so far is fine. I just can’t ever find the way on each to turn on and off the BLOCKER so this has helped me . You can also play against your self ;) !! GOOD LUCK !!! 9:37 am eastern and Doc isn’t there yet. BUT when this starts he will be there all the time but a gift only 1 time a day .

I have WW in my white list and I have no ad blocker on at ALL. My Anti-virus is set to accept from all GW sites; sharing center, WKN, WW, all of it. I have never used ghostery or whatever it is they call it or any other ‘bypass’ and I only run one account at a time. I re-iterate, this is frustrating. But what I find even MORE frustrating is thinking that the issue stems from me when clearly every other person on here is experiencing exactly what I am.
That’s fair. They’re working on getting Dr. Quack up and running. Should be soon.

It’s 12:46 am and I’m not seeing Dr. Quack. Is he not showing until after 9 on the first day- I don’t have any ad blockers!
