Once again, your submissions to our Pet Buddy Design Contest blew us away! There were over 700 fantastic entries and it was so hard to narrow it down to just 10 finalists – so we didn’t! We actually ended up with 12 finalists, of which we are planning to make three Pet Buddies.
Pet Buddies!
We tried to select finalists based on the originality, creativity and how well it fits into Webkinz World. Our artists will be taking three of these ideas and bringing them to life. The grand prize winners will receive a Pet Design Trophy, all three of the winning Pet Buddies, plus 3 months of Deluxe Membership. And all of the finalists will each receive a Spring Super Mystery Bag – courtesy of Ganz eStore!
While the final decision is up to the Creative Team at Ganz, we want to hear what YOU think of the finalists. Please check out the list and then take a moment to vote for your favorite by clicking the button at the bottom of the list.

Aww, thank you so much!! A Webkinz gingerbread man would be so sweet (pun intended), so I’m sorry they didn’t choose your design. I absolutely would have bought one! Hopefully Piper can bring Webkinz the gingerbread it deserves!
Wellp I tried. I guess people who did digital entries weren’t qualified? Which kind of sucks since I was the 6th top rated. Wellp hope the woodland spirit gets in at least.
I think they did count, but they weren’t going off of the votes. The creative department chose the finalists, not the people.

“Welp” is a nonstandard spelling of well, representing an informal pronunciation (typically used to convey resignation or disappointment).
I think they were going more for kids entries anyway
