Once again, we’ve updated the Webkinz mobile app with some great new features, including the NEW KinzPost!
Click on the KinzPost mailbox at the top right of your mobile room and it will appear as a window on top of your current screen.
We’ve combined all of the different KinzPost elements into a single screen. Now your inbox, sending a note, gift, or postcard is just a single tab click away.
The best thing about the new KinzPost Office is that sending notes and gifts are completely FREE! You no longer have to pay any KinzCash when sending notes and gifts to a friend. While sending a note is available to everyone, you will still need at least a Full Membership (by adopting a pet) in order to send a gift. Deluxe Members will also have access to sending postcards, with new scene and stamp options coming soon!
What we have made available to everyone, is the ability to save a copy of any piece of KinzPost mail directly to your photo gallery. Click on the Save button, and just like your pet’s room, you’ll be able to keep a copy on your mobile device.
To help players figure out which items can be sent through KinzPost, you’ll now only see the sendable items appear in an active state while your KinzPost Office window is open. Items that cannot be sent will appear in an inactive (or semi-transparent) state while the KinzPost Office window is open.
Sending notes and mail is easier than ever! There’s no more need to switch between screens for each step. You can choose all of your options from one single screen.

I am SO frustrated! I played Jumbleberry Blast on my mobile device at home and connected to wifi. I won the game, beat all 30 levels, but I received no trophy. I logged into Webkinz on my home computer to see if the score updated or the trophy showed up in my dock. Not only was there no trophy, but my score of over 45,000 did not update as the high score of the day. So I played again, this time on my computer, because I REALLY want the trophy. I beat the game again, this time with a score of over 43,000 (I think). Again, no trophy and no updated highest score of the day. Please fix this! I’ve won twice since the trophy was announced, but I have not received it. :(
When is Webkinz going to listen to us. I have the same problem. They promised a trophy but don’t deliver when you win!! At least they should acknowledge that there is a problem and it will be corrected. Is everyone at Ganz on vacation?
