Hello Webkinz Newz readers, Ella McWoof here with a special report! I am back with the final set of concept drawings for the new Party Time room theme. If you missed my last post, you can take a look HERE.
Snacks are a “must have” for any party. These presentable treats will change with each rotation to ensure your guests are well fed:
This sturdy sink will come in handy when your guests have left and it’s time to clean up after the party:
This kitchen counter looks like the perfect place for guests to leave their gifts:
This kitchen island seems like a great place to lay out snacks for your guests:
Finally, here’s a look at the window that will be included in this theme. The balloons hanging outside will let your neighbors know that you’re a party animal:
Remember, the Party Time room theme will be available in the W-Shop on May 10th. In order to make room for this new theme, 3 existing W-Shop themes will be retired to the Curio Shop.

Still a ‘no’ for me, so I’m still scratching my head over how this limited and non-versatile theme is to take the place of THREE others?!?! And those dirty dishes in the sink – for SHAME!

Still a ‘no’ for me as well. I already have two party rooms with cakes, balloons, presents, party hats. It seems every theme is either pink or purple. If there is one thing I like just a bit, it would be the towel hanging on the side of the kitchen island. (I have kitchen islands, too). This seems a a waste to sacrifice 3 other themes for something that several people don’t care for. I guess this means I’ve saved more kinzcash for the next new theme. So, I guess it’s not so bad after all.
So true. This theme is so limited. And why not let us know what’s leaving. We may have been trying to save to get one of them. Tell tell us what clothes are going, why not themes?
I’m also trying to figure out why they would have to take out ANY themes, let alone 3 of them! As far as I’m concerned we need MORE regular themes…like for Underwater and Treetop rooms not LESS!
This theme seemed questionable at first, since there are several party items in WW already. However…some of the items in this theme look alright. I am kind of disappointed since 3 room themes are going to the Curio Shop to make room for this theme. :( Anyways, here are all my name suggestions for this room theme… (First Concept Drawings: Party Time Dining Chair, Party Time Dining Table, Pile o’ Presents, Confetti Covered Couch) (Second Concept Drawings: Balloon Banner, Perfect Party Flooring, Perfect Party Wallpaper, ‘Pin the Tail on the Donkey’ game, Ribbon Wrapped Column) (Third Concept Drawings: Delightful Cupcake Platter, Simply Purple Sink, Simply Purple Counter, Simply Purple Island, Simply Purple Window/or Pretty Party Window) :)

Cool, decorative food! The cupcakes are sweet. i like the balloons tied outside the window. Please announce which 3 themes you are taking out of the wshop. That matters more to your players than anything else right now.
Indeed, yes. It does. That hanging over us just ruins any anticipation I would have for the new theme.
My feedback is I’m glad there’s no more pink in these concept drawings, & that not telling which specific themes will be retired is pointless. Please reconsider that.
I am still sad about so many room themes retiring on account of this one being added. I wish you would let us know which 3 room themes will be retiring. I don’t like to count on them actually making their way into the Curio shop, ever since the Lily Pad theme just went straight away into nowhere instead of going to Curio like it was supposed to. It will likely be 3 room themes that are much more versatile and useful than this party one will ever be. :( There really aren’t too many w-shop themes, it only looks crowded because of all the e-store ones being mixed in with them.
I agree. And most of the time the Curio Shop offers the same items as the W-Shop, sometimes even at a higher price. And 3 themes?? That’s a ton of items! And it would be nice if we could have a heads up about which themes so we can stock up a bit.
I agree 1000%, jsforfr! And it is so hard to find the wShop things. I loved the Lily Pad theme and think some of the older, *cheaper* retired themes ought to be brought back. The new themes are too flamboyant and specific and can’t be mixed and matched like the old ones could and they are way too much Kinzcash. Also – since this is going to be a theme, Ganz – it’s time to fix the confetti blower Pet of the Month item. At least on my account it’s still broken from WebkinzX. Wouldn’t it be perfect for this theme?
I agree with you, too. eStore themes should be in their own section, not mixed in. And this theme might have been better suited as some sort of special limited theme in conjunction with Webkinz Day. Like the Year 10 theme was.
I agree! I really wish they’d seperate the w-shop and the e-store again, since it’s really hard to shift through the many e-store items when creating a room, especially if like me you don’t purchase e-store points or have Deluxe. I think it’s ridiculous that THREE themes are retiring and being replaced with just ONE new theme, that isn’t even very useful as it can’t be used in many rooms due to it being very specific. I really wish the webkinz 2000 or that city loft theme had won, as those had items that could be used in other rooms instead of just rooms to do wiht the specific theme. If you look at the sweet 16 room theme for example, the television, bed and walls&floors can be used in OTHER rooms, apart from just rooms made for the theme.
Wait, the Lily Pad Theme was supposed to go to the Curio Shop??? I really wish that it would have. I could really use those pieces.
