They don’t float around or anything, but you can win them on the wheel of deluxe or buy them with estore points in the w shop. :)
I was on Quizzys Corner for about 15 minutes this morning and not one snowflake appeared. Why?

WHY have the faling SNOWFLAKES SLOWED up !!! I had to help son he is putting in a new kitchen floor for me . I got home at 5:30 pm eastern and was able to get 3 snow flakes they are TOO SLOW. !!! PLEASE PLEASE make them fast again, I am able to get SNOW and play my game ENJOY PLAYING AGAIN when they go faster. ASK PEEPS HERE !! DO A SURVEY !! You will all see !!
