Hi! I was dressing my pets for Easter in Next and noticed that my bunny costume pieces (I think it was a prize from social media postings) are no longer in my dock. Is anyone else missing their costume? Thank you!

This is off topic Sally Webkinz I hope you can help. Is there a problem with seeing the ghost in the mines when invited by friends to play. Whenever I am invited by a friend to play for the ghost I am not seeing the ghost. This is happening on all of my accounts. I have noticed this since the Leprechaun event. I try leaving the area coming back still not able to see. It is really hard finding the ghost in the mines I have noticed several times I hear the noise (balloon popping sound) I can’t find it but then I can see it is stuck in the wall it does not move just stuck in that location.
This has happened twice for me also. The part of not seeing the ghost when I get an invite. Some saw it but some did not. I was also having trouble with seeing eggs. I cleared my cache and now can see them. I wonder if that will fix it for the ghost. Maybe we should get into a habit of clearing our cache a lot.
I clear my cache every day before playing and when finished it has nothing to do with that. I am able to see the ghost if I find it but not when a friend has invited me to play, this should be looked into has been going on for too long.

I think it’s like with the chest: everyone finds it on random days, and not everyone will have it at the same time.

Does anyone have a list of which foods are considered “Lunch Food” for the daily challenge? Otherwise it looks like I’ll be buying a lot of veggie subs since that’s the food in the picture lol.
If you look at the food in the W Shop, it says “Lunch food” or “Breakfast food” etc underneath the food
Ooooh I never even noticed that, thank you! I always wondered why when I fed my pet Pizza it didn’t count towards the “Can you feed me some supper” pet request. Now I know!
Off topic – asking for help, please. I won the cannon in the pirate treasure chest game, but can’t find it in anywhere in my dock. If anyone has it, can you please tell me the exact name of the cannon and where in the dock it can be found – is it furniture, or a decoration, outdoor item? I have looked everywhere – thanks so much!
BeezKneez I won the Cannon yesterday when I did the treasure hunt. It is called Cannon, it is so cool. I found it in my dock Decorations tab. Unfortunately this item can not be placed outdoors, it does nothing just another decoration.
Thank you – I found it!! The cannon does look very cool – the detail on some of these items is amazing, but yes, it does need to go outside and be interactive in some way. Thanks again!
wow…yes, congrats!! immediate fave emoji ;) thanks for that… also, to the earlier comments, i have had issues personally with recent updates & did this one holding my breath–have recently “LOST” an entire wardrobe of stored clothing on one update … and four of my pet’s actual outfit pieces she was wearing ion the next one (alarming, yes!). thank you to customer service for helping me put my NExT life back together, but sure hope that i never have to again…best to all, k.
Oh, and the newest update isn’t loading again. The button appears, but when I click it it, it’s taking so long and it only says “Update Available”. Can someone help me?
I had similar issue. I couldn’t get app to download past 1%. I was told by costumer service to uninstall the app – right click on the app with the mouse and then reinstall. But it turned out I had a bigger problem needed a new hard drive. Once it was replaced, I was able to reinstall with no problems. Hope this helps.
