Hello! I need some help. Whenever I go to the Webkinz Mobile app on my familyies Ipod it says I need to update. When I go to update it says I need to update my iOS to at least 7.0. I was able to get some help in the Webkinz Forums, were I was told to go to Software Updates, the problem is it says: “iOS 6.1.6, your software is up to date.” Can anyone tell what to do?
I think your problem is your iPod is simply too old. The ios7 and later versions came out with the iPad mini, I think, so if you got your iPod before the iPad mini came out it’s definitely to old to handle ios7. Sorry :(
Yeah. That’s happened to me. My iPod only has iOS 6.1.6 and can’t update anymore. :( However, my mother has an iPhone that can handle iOS 8 so she has the app.

Gennelle, I tried to open up another GanzWorld Account with my new Webkinz world Account but I never got the email to activate my new GanzWold account! please help! :(

Naruto is number 2 for me. :) My absolute favorite is Attack on Titan!! And it’s sad to say this in front of you, but Fairy Tail is my 5th favorite. Sorry, there’s just so many anime that I like. To be honest about the Attack on Titan comic series, I read the resent chapters and let me tell ya, by wuts happening right now, I wanna give Eren a hug so bad!!!! Those items are awesome but sadly I can’t get my webkinz app to work. Every time I try to go to it, it won’t let me sign in. I even tried to take it off and redownload it but it still doesn’t work anymore :(
I had the same problem and Ganz could not fix it. Finally I removed the app and then did a search for Webkinz. I downloaded a fresh copy from a different site. I had also removed a free Internet Security app. Anyway, that time it finally worked. Ganz said I had to log out of my Google account but you can’t with Android 4. +. You can only remove the whole account. I hope this will help.
