Hey, Webkinz fans! Here’s a fun fact about roosters for you. Did you know that the word Rooster, for male chicken, originated in the United States? In the United Kingdom, we were traditionally called Cockerels. ‘Roosting’ refers to the way we sleep upon a perch. Both male and female chickens sleep that way.

i LOVE chikins and roosters i had arooster and 2 chickens at my old house but that was 4 4-h i also had 1-5 rabbits(typical COUNTRY GIRLlol) its totally in my blood. but i have told you too much already!!!!!

I have chickens at home, both hens and roosters. We gather the eggs from the hens to eat instead of buying them from a store. But I didn’t know that they were called Cockerels before they were called Roosters. :p

My friend is afraid of chickens and i used to have a farm. When she came to my farm all the chickens started to chase her all around the barn. It was funny and don’t worry she’s fine. :D
