I have this cat and I have a question. when I take this cat to the clubhouse there is a brown lizard or something on their face. Could someone tell me what this is, and how to get rid of thing

I have them all this time but the Pinto this time around. I’ve managed to re aquire most but can’t find the cat. However found bunches of the pink and white dog tho. oh well. THE SEARCH IS ON!
