Once you’ve collected 20 balls of yarn, trade them in for a randomly selected comfy sweater.

Just wanted to let you know there is a glitch today with the yarn ball drop. I only got 49 balls and waited for hours for the last ball to drop. It never did. I logged out and logged back in several times and that didn’t work either. Can customer service award the last ball so that I can get the sweater. Thank you.
Thank you for letting us know how many balls we’ve collected in any given day via that little counter to the left of the sweaters; that’s so handy because when I reach 50 balls for the day (the max) I can log out :)
I really like the yarn drop but I find it frustrating that I never get the 50th ball. It may not seem like a big deal to be shorted a ball every day, but it is when I’m waiting to collect the last 2 or 3 balls to get a sweater.
Anyone else notice that after the last drop for a “session” of ball drops that they disappear within a second or two?
They may disappear more quickly, but it also means that you aren’t stuck waiting for the next batch if one of the yarn balls has rolled out of bounds somewhere.
Personally, I’d rather have them stick around longer. It seems that I can never get to at least 3 balls before they disappear each dropping session. If I move closer to the center rather than by a road there seem to be fewer that go out of bounds (although I did have one go on a roof LOL). Seems to be taking longer in general to collect the daily amount – although that’s just perception as I’ve not timed now or in the past!

They are cute! With such a wide range of colors and patterns, there is bound to be a sweater that works for every pet. My personal favorite is the navy blue striped sweater. I am having an issue with this activity where no more yarn balls fall after my initial set falls. On my main account, I collected 6 and then nothing, so I logged out. As I only have limited time on the computer, I usually just hope to get enough for one sweater per day per account. But if they don’t drop, I won’t even get that much. Here’s hoping for a yarn ball bonanza!
It’s a fun activity but I wish we could choose our own sweater – the random awards can be disappointing.

Me too, I really want the color wash one, But haven’t gotten it yet.
You can always trade. I know I wouldn’t mind giving someone my extra sweaters if they didn’t get the one they want.
