I played on 2 different accounts and logged into Webkinz and got NOTHING. If this is a glitch I hope Webkinz fixes it quickly! Just a warning to those who have not finished playing yet. YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING!
Specify your problem. Did you catch Hailey 5 times? Or did you just log into Webkinz World. Because you must catch Hailey 5 times each day for a piece of clothing.
Look in your dock. I got all of mine but the only one that showed up in that square with the road trip hat saying I won these iyems was the headpiece, so i,m thinking maybe only the rare ones show up as a gift. All my others were in my dock.
Winstonindy, I think I know what’s going on. When I logged in after completing the peek-a-newz, my prize didn’t show up on that pop up thing that appears when you win something. I was pretty worried, but I checked my dock and my prize was there. I hope this soves your problem!
