I think you should have videos and not just talking. :-)
This is all nice but how about brining back a live customer service number, live help and addressing all the issues and problems with using your site? We don’t care about podcasts; we care about all the money we’ve spent with you over the last 8 years and there is zero support for our accounts. Stuff like podcasts seem to be low on the priority list

Alittle hard to hear
Maybe Next year for webkinz you should make a plush for this but you can make the stars and stripes puppy. Just gave you a idea for webkinz! :)
