Sally, I have also had trouble with MAZIN’ hamster codes. I purchased some hamsters through the estore last Friday, and 2 of the codes won’t work. I get a message saying A transaction using this code was not completed and the code is now locked. Then I get this message: I am sorry, we can’t connect to Webkinz World. And I’m logged out. I sent emails to webkinzsupport@ganz.com and ganzestorecs@ganz.com and have received no reply. Will you please advise? Thanks so much!
I understand that there is currently a backlog in Customer Service at the moment, so it may take some time for them to respond. Some users have reported that trying to name their pets with a space in the name can causes issues. If that’s the case for you, please put a single name (no spaces), and then send an email to customer service to request that the name be updated.
