Hey guys! I am excited to present the finalists for our 10th Room Design Awards! We hold these awards every few months and showcase some of the best room designs that players have emailed to me. In order to be eligible to become a finalists, you must have had a room design featured in one of my room design videos that I post right here on Webkinz Newz.
Today’s finalists have all been featured in a room design video/post since our last Room Design Awards which were held in April. There are a total of 22 finalists this time around but 7 designers will win a Room Design Trophy. You will be able to vote for your favorite room design starting Friday, August 17th.

As I mentioned, 7 finalists will be awarded a Room Design Trophy. Since there are so many trophies to give away, I asked expert room designers Nattie and acoolaunt to be guest judges for this Room Design Awards.
Here’s how the winners will be chosen:
- The first 3 winners will be decided by a vote right here on Webkinz Newz. On Friday August 17th, players can vote for their favorite design and the 3 designers who receive the most votes will each be awarded a Room Design Trophy.
- The 4th winner will be chosen by the Webkinz Creative Team
- The 5th winner will be chosen by special guest judge Nattie
- The 6th winner will be chosen by special guest judge acoolaunt
- The 7th and final winner will be chosen by me, Michael Webkinz
Remember, voting starts on Friday, August 17th and the results will be posted on Monday, August 20th.

A very big congratulations to the finalists! All of your rooms are amazing, I have no idea how I’m going to narrow this down to vote for just one- I love them all. You’ve all inspired me to try & be a lot more creative than I used to be when designing my own rooms. Good luck to all of you!!! :)

THESE have got to be the most detailed and most beautiful rooms I have ever seen !!! They are all AWESOME !!
Oh my *STARS* two of my Favorite designers and very good friends will be judging!! I am so thrilled, I can hardly contain myself!! Congratulations Nattie and Acoolaunt!! What an honour!! I know you’ll have a tough time judging, all the rooms chosen are soectacular. I must say, Gappytoo sticks out and so does Nash. Both have really shown unique designs and wonderful composition, working with so many elements to create memorable rooms! Psalm and Arbor, your rooms are always a visual delight! The gypsy caravan comes to life under Arbor’s hands! Psalm, your rooms make me envious of your ability to place items in such a way that it is never overcrowded but you know precisely which tale you are telling. Wolfpup, your condo room is modern and clean, the Sun room by SFUP looks kisses by the golden rays of the sun. Cathy, I am sure any angel would love to call your heaven their home. That ski shop is very quaint and definitely a sporty looking place for a pet to shop. Angel Girl: Red Riding Hood looks like she’s reading the very story while the false Granny awaits her arrival. Sage’s burger shop is cute and looks like something from the 70’s and those were good memories. Newfie, gone fishing reminds me of Arte and a few good friends back a few years ago. I want to say something about each room, but this post is already too long. CONGRATULATIONS All finalists! These rooms are spectacular and it will be a hard won prize.
