Hey guys! I am excited to present the finalists for our 10th Room Design Awards! We hold these awards every few months and showcase some of the best room designs that players have emailed to me. In order to be eligible to become a finalists, you must have had a room design featured in one of my room design videos that I post right here on Webkinz Newz.
Today’s finalists have all been featured in a room design video/post since our last Room Design Awards which were held in April. There are a total of 22 finalists this time around but 7 designers will win a Room Design Trophy. You will be able to vote for your favorite room design starting Friday, August 17th.

As I mentioned, 7 finalists will be awarded a Room Design Trophy. Since there are so many trophies to give away, I asked expert room designers Nattie and acoolaunt to be guest judges for this Room Design Awards.
Here’s how the winners will be chosen:
- The first 3 winners will be decided by a vote right here on Webkinz Newz. On Friday August 17th, players can vote for their favorite design and the 3 designers who receive the most votes will each be awarded a Room Design Trophy.
- The 4th winner will be chosen by the Webkinz Creative Team
- The 5th winner will be chosen by special guest judge Nattie
- The 6th winner will be chosen by special guest judge acoolaunt
- The 7th and final winner will be chosen by me, Michael Webkinz
Remember, voting starts on Friday, August 17th and the results will be posted on Monday, August 20th.

Hi! Ladysparklez909 here! I just want to say to the team that I am SO getting the moonlight tiger! It’s the best pet yet and of COURSE I want to be apart of Webkinz history! I cannot WAIT to get him! I think I’ll name him/her… Luna for a girl and Night Sky for a boy. Yyaaayyy!!! I love him or her already!!!
Congratulations to all the finalists! I love that the Creative Team (or just Michael?) chose such a wide variety of room designs (indoor, outdoor, different sizes, different seasons) which really shows the creativity of WW players. It’s going to be really hard to choose a favorite…

Aww, I’m a bit disappointed I was not a finalist, this was my first time though, oh well, maybe next time! congrats to all the finalist!:):)
You guys did awesome, love all the rooms and so much talent!! I am so torn as to which one is the winner!! LOVE Garage Sale, Study in Grey, Heaven, and Little Red Riding Hood, well done, hope I can come up with a decision by the 17th!! Good Luck everyone, you all did very well!!

Thanks so much for choosing my “Study in Grey” as a finalist. I so appreciated all the nice comments when it was first shown and now am super excited to have it selected with so many fabulous rooms. Definitely very stiff competition. Good luck everybody!
Congratulations, gappytoo, I absolutely love your Study in Grey. I remember when I first saw this design & thought “this one will totally make the room design finals”. The huge amount of time & thought that went into it is apparent, plus the added challenge of making a successful monochromatic design in grey scale! I’ve noticed your room designs before & you are one of my favorite designers in WW. Best of luck in the finals, you have my vote!
