10 designers will be joining an elite group of Room Design Award winners, but I need your help to decide who will be taking home the infamous Room Design Trophy!
It was particularly difficult narrowing the list down to 22 finalists, so I decided that players who had already won a Room Design Trophy in the past, would not be eligible to win this time around.
Special shout-out to Autumn, Nattie, Grandpascutie, Traveller, Coco, Kibarry73 & Gappytoo! They have each submitted some excellent room designs since the last Room Design Awards were held however, they have each won trophies in the past, so you won’t see them among the finalists below. Traveller’s “Saving The Koala” room was a particularly touching tribute to the koalas suffering from the Australian wildfires. I hope we continue to see room designs from each of you moving forward!
And now for the finalists! There are 22 in the group, but only 10 will be taking home a Room Design Trophy. Please take a look at each room design carefully. On Friday, March 13th, you’ll be asked to pick your top 3 favorites:

Remember, 10 Room Design Trophies will be awarded this time around. Here’s how the winners will be chosen:
- 5 winners will be decided by a vote right here on Webkinz Newz. From Friday, March 13th – Sunday, March 15th (ending @ midnight, EST), players can vote for their top 3 favorite designs and the 5 designers who receive the most votes will be awarded a Room Design Trophy.
- 4 winners will be chosen by the Webkinz Newz Team. Sally, Mandy, Steve and I will each choose our favorite room design and the designers will be awarded a Room Design Trophy
- The 10th winner will be chosen by the Webkinz staff, here at Webkinz headquarters

I love them all, but the standouts for me are Snowy Supernova Night… it’s so serene and well designed. And Dex Dangerous Fan room, because it’s fun and looks like a real kids superhero room! Famous Portraits is really nice too. Congrats everyone on being nominated!

Hey there Michael, Thank you for the shoutout for Saving the Koala. The room meant a lot to me. One little nitpicky detail: it should be the Australian wildfires, not the Austrian wildfires. :-) :-) :-) Now to the business at hand. So many of my favourites are here! I’m still loving Jami’s rhapsody in blue with Powder House. So many shades and different items, mostly from the wshop or prizes (the snowmen are the exception). Awesome design! Kinzwood Movie Lot and the Dex Dangerous Fan Room have just the right amount of detailing to tell a story without looking cluttered. Dorm Room is authentic and perfect. Hocus Pocus casts a spell on you. Science Room is another standout among so many great rooms. But I have to ask: Where is Climbing Mount EverKinz??? And the Great Pumpkin???

Thank you so very much, Traveller…Creating different rooms has always been my favorite part of Webkinz, and I absolutely love getting to see so many wonderful and unique designs featured here each week! There are simply no adequate words to describe the profound impact and deeply moving message of your incredible “Saving the Koala” room…You captured the stark reality of such utter devastation to the land and horrific loss of wildlife while, at the same time, conveying the heroic beauty of those who selflessly stepped in to help with rescue and save as many lives as possible. Thank you for sharing such a meaningful and heartfelt design with everyone…I know it wasn’t easy to go there when creating the room, but it’s something that touched all our hearts in an unforgettable way <3

Snowy Supernova Night, Sewing Room and Photo Room
What a fabulous group of rooms. How will we ever choose just one? I have at least 5 favorites. Good luck to all the finalists! I also want to thank Michael for mentioning me in the company of Autumn, Nattie, Grandpascutie, Traveller, Coco and Kibarrry 73. It’s such an honor to be included with a group of such wonderful room designers. I also agree that previous winners should be excluded, but I’ll keep submitting rooms ’cause it’s just so much fun!

I also agree about excluding previous winners. I love the award but I just love designing rooms, it is my favorite part of Webkinz. It may take awhile to finish a room the way I want and sometimes there are rooms I submit that I think are great but don’t see when I check the room designs but its not about that, it’s about the creativity and the community and I just love everything about designing rooms and this community. Shout out to my friend @Roxy616! So happy to see your room featured. Everyone did such a great job it will be hard choosing. Keep those creative juices flowing!

I think all your room submissions have been fabulous, but I totally agree with you that the best part of designing rooms lies in the individual expression of creativity and the sense of accomplishment that comes from creating something that is uniquely your own. I love getting to see all the new and exciting room designs featured here each week!
I like the Dex Dangerous room and also the Jazz Club because it comes so close to looking like what I think a real jazz club would look like.
