What are the odds of this being fixed before 7/16/23? My guess is not likely. Too bad, because there are so many designs to choose.
Tried voting (mac ventura 13.4.1(c) on both Safari and Chrome) and after entering my choices and clicking the rules boxes, I get a blank login screen -even though I’m logged in -when I close the blank window there is a message at the top that says “email cannot be empty”. For whatever reason, webkinznewz has been unintentionally broke. It is not looking that the webkinznewz login to award the prizes but appears to look at what is in some kind of cache. I play for 3 accounts and all the accounts and all prizes seem to have been awarded to the first account that I signed into and this morning (after having closed Safari) and doing a first sign in to a different account – the prizes went to the first account I had signed into yesterday. I know I’m not the only one having this problem and there are lots of us with multiple accounts. Please be more stringent in your testing of changes – and if you want us to clear caches after each login that is not a reasonable solution. I truly appreciate all that is done to make our playing experience fun so I hope we don’t have to wait long for things to be back to normal!
Ps. clearing caches didn’t help either.
Interestingly even though I used a different browser today it still awarded prizes to the first account (for which I believe I was signed into yesterday when I also signed into Webkinznewz). In noticing the greyed text when a prize is awarded that seems to indicate that you can receive a prize if you are signed into Ganz and not WebkinzNewz, it appears that if a Ganz account is signed into when a prize is awarded it uses that account (disregarding any WebKinzNewz accounts that may be signed into at the time) and never releases it when the game is quit. A more logical set of actions would be to use the WebkinzNewz login and if it doesn’t exist, use the Ganz account (if logged-into) and then provide a WKN log in. Most importantly clear the Ganz account from the options once it is closed (just like you clear the username on WKN) because many of us use multiple accounts and if someone is using a public computer some person is gaining multiple prizes including the floaties while the actual player is getting nothing!
I cannot submit my vote. I get a message that the email cannot be empty. Not sure what that means.
NOT ABLE TO VOTE! I typed my five favorite design choices in the box to enter contest, clicked the small box lower left corner (read official contest rules) then clicked “Submit” Nothing happens it says at the top Email cannot be empty, another log-in box drop down appears I was already logged in. This continues to happen when trying to Vote.
I tried to vote but after clicking to submit, it brings me back to the top of the page and says, “email cannot be empty.” I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong or if it is just a glitch. Anyone else having this issue?
Please fix the vote glitch. When I try to submit my answers, it gives me that the email space cannot be empty. I already have an email. This issue is happening in the Halloween One, too. There are multiple people talking about it over in the chat with the Halloween One. Thanks!
