Today, I purchased a Deluxe Membership and did not receive a code for the Googles Tree Dispenser in my confirmation email. Also, it does not appear in my order on my e-store account. I was going to purchase another, but since I did not get the code for the Googles Tree Dispenser with my 1st purchase, I am leary to order another one. I have emailed the ganz customer support regarding this, but have not heard back. Why did I not get a code for the Googles Cookie Tree Dispenser?

Happy New Year to you, MIchael! OK, per your response and your assurance of help from customer service, I went ahead and ordered another Deluxe Membership. I reread the email and am now wondering if I have to wait to enter the code for the renewal before the Super Deluxe item is added. But, I don’t remember getting the teacup one from last year either. Will await customer service response before rewriting. I read online that customer service takes awhile. Thought, maybe, you may know about this. Thanks for your quick response! Actuall, no you don’t. The extras, just like the Deluxe membership, are codes they give you. When you PURCHASE the membership in that month, you get codes for the extra items. You don’t have to use the Deluxe membership code upgrade until the current membership expires. But, you will, also, receive codes for extras in the month you make the purchase in the E-store and you can enter the codes for the extra items right away. Just remember that you already bought a deluxe membership when it comes time to renew on your Webkinz account. I, actually, always keep an extra deluxe membership in advance when they have 50% off, just in case I miss when they do or there is a computer or program mess up. So, if you buy a Deluxe membership in January, you will get codes for all the extras offered in January!
Will the plushy be tradeable?

No, you don’t get the extras offered in January just because you entered your code for your Deluxe membership upgrade. The month you PURCHASE the upgrade depends on what additional prizes you get. On your E-store account or in the email you received are listed codes for the deluxe membership and the additional prizes you won for the month in which you purchased the Deluxe membership upgrade. You don’t have to enter the code for the membership upgrade until your current one expires. But, if you PURCHASE a Deluxe membership upgrade in January, you will receive codes for all the additional items that can be entered and used right away.
Do deluxe members get this too. Or do I need to cancel my membership and buy again?
Hi there unfortunately it is only with the purchase of a 1 year deluxe membership So You WILL Need to cancel your deluxe membership and purchase the 1 year deluxe membership again. Hope this helps. :-)
You don’t ever need to cancel your Deluxe membership to get codes for addtional prizes. You just have to PURCHASE another Deluxe membership in January to get the extras in January. On your e-store account or in the email they list the codes for the deluxe membership upgrade and the extra items that were added for that month. You can PURCHASE an additional Deluxe mambership upgrade as a GIFT. On your e-store account order and in the email, there will be additonal codes for the extra items that were available in the month that you PURCHASED the Deluxe membership upgrade. You can enter the codes for the additonal items and wait until your current Deluxe membership expires and then enter the code you received for the upgrade in the month your current one expires. In the meantime, you will be able to enter and enjoy all the extras that are available in the month you PURCHASE the upgrade.

You don’t have to wait. If you want the Pink Googles plushy and you want the Googles Cookie Tree Dispenser NOW, you can purchase the Deluxe membership upgrade as a GIFT in January and you will receive codes for both, along with the other extras that come with a Deluxe membership upgrade. You will get codes for all of the items, including the membership upgrade. All the codes are available to be used at any time after you make the purchase.. The only code you have to wait to enter is the Deluxe membership code only if you, currently, have a Deluxe membership. Then, you have to wait until the current term expires. But, in the meantime, you can enter the codes for the additional items and use them on your account right away!
