Hey there trophy collectors! The Bananza Trophy Challenge returns to Webkinz Classic on Monday, November 30th, and players who complete the Challenge by Sunday, December 6th, will win some cool prizes!
But don’t leave this challenge until the last minute… some tasks will take some time to complete.
Here’s how to play: Starting on Monday, November 30th, look for the Bananza Trophy Challenge icon in your pet’s room. It will be displayed along the left side of the room (web and desktop app only):
Click on the icon to review your tasks. There are 3 tasks you’ll need to complete by midnight, December 6th (EST) to earn all the prizes:
- Earn 100 KinzCash playing Bananza in the Arcade
- Earn 50 KinzCash playing Tropical Troubles in the Arcade
- Spin the Wheel of WOW 3 Times
Complete all of the tasks before time runs out and you’ll win a Monkey & Monkey Banana Tree, along with a Bananza Trophy!
How far can YOU get playing Bananza? Let us know in the comments below!
it seems i am not the only one, but I don’t like either of the two games. I am just so bad at them that it will take me ages to get enough kinzcash.
Playing Bananza, we usually earn ten dollars or less. Thanks for this challenge :)
Nope. 2 games that are way too frustrating to play in a short amount of time. I already have a banana tree and don’t care about a trophy for games I don’t play.
Thankfully, I am opting out of this challenge since I earned the trophy the first time around. Please, Ganz, I love all the activities and prizes you offer to keep us engaged and I am NOT complaining about the amount of challenges or the choice of arcade games. But what I don’t understand is the plethora of short deadline challenges you have added in the past several months, now we have overlapping short deadline challenges. Please keep in mind that not everyone has the ability to earn high values in a lot of the games. I can’t imagine a young child – and Webkinz is really a children’s game – accumulating the KC is just a couple days. Nor do a lot of players have the considerable time it takes to play the same game over and over again. In my opinion, you are making Webkinz less inclusive. Would you please consider removing the short deadlines and instead create them as a chain – you have to finish a challenge to make the next one appear. This way everyone can earn the challenge prizes at the personal pace that fits their lifestyle. Children and many adults would enjoy the accomplishment of winning instead of disappointment at “not be good enough or fast enough”. If a challenge is a repeat like this one or is not wanted by a player, challenges could also include an “Opt Out” button that a player could choose to keep the chain moving forward. We would still be kept busy and engaged with the game we love and everyone would have a fairer opportunity to win the wonderful prizes you’ve created for our enjoyment. Thank you.
Thank you for your response. You said things that I feel but could never put into words. Being disabled and getting my account from my older sister when she decided she didn’t want to play it any more, the challenges are hard for me. My disability makes it painful for me to sit too long at my computer. Sometimes the only way for me too finish a challenge is too skip one of the tasks and pay epoints to get it done. I get epoints paid for from my Mom, Dad and even my sister for whenever I can finish or push through some difficult therapy or for birthday or Christmas. But what you said was very thoughtful and helpful. so, thanks
I also have to have someone help me get through many of the short challenges that are for the harder games. Some times I can only earn 1 or 2 Kinz cash at a time but I work really hard at it. Its sad when I can’t get enough done to win the prizes but my best friend helps me a lot when she can. :) I am very thankful that she is willing to help me.
That’s good StarrLoop just keep trying.

I agree, BeezKneez. They put the amount of KC needed to win these challenges so high, and make them so hard that they are frustrating. I have a visual handicap. I can’t play games like Bananza or Tropical Troubles because I can only look at 1 item at a time, watching a monkey jump about, is hard enough. Watching for falling spiders and crawling bugs, and what ever else falls or moves on the screen is impossible with my visual handicap.
I love your California Beach design, Rocky5465! As for the Bananza and Tropical Troubles games, those spiders creep me out! Good luck with the challenge everyone.
Yikes. This is a real challenge for me. These games are hard for me!
Me too. Not sure I can do this, I’m really bad at both.
Guess I will sit this one out. I get nowhere in this game.
Ugh I’m so awful at arrow key games. D:
You are not alone @emster7. I sometimes bribe family members to help me with the games for some of the challenges. But they are still worn out from Pinky’s Big Adventure for the monthly Deluxe challenge, so I don’t think I will be getting any more help from them for a while. The well has run dry…
I have one of those banana trees from ten or so years ago and I love it!! I’m excited to earn another!
