HELP! I paid for a year of deluxe membership in January and my account stopped being deluxe about a week ago in February? I emailed the webkinz support team and it has been seven days and they still havent responded to my email to help. I am really disspointed on the time and items i am missing out on because my deluxe isnt working when i paided for a whole year. Please someone at webkinz help!!! I emailed again today hoping someone would respond to my email but now im trying the comments section :’((
If you paid for Deluxe before your previous year expired, you will receive a deluxe code to enter at Ganz E-store. The code will come to your email that is associated with your estore account but you can also find it under your purchase history if you log in to your Ganz E-store account. You have to enter the code to re-activate your Deluxe membership. It is not automatic.
Thanks for the extra plays in the Magical Forest. I definitely need them for the star challenge. I’d like to get the grand prize! Trading with Nefaria is fun too. I really like what she has to offer :)
