How do I contact webkinz? I was just at a party that no one else was at, so I couldn’t play any games, and literally one second before the loot bag was available, Webkinz kicked me out. I want a loot bag :(
you have to email them at webkinzsupport@ganz.com .. Might take them a while to respond because they are busy, but they are always very helpful and efficient when dealing with problems
The same thing happened to me too. But instead I received my loot bag but I wasn’t able to open it :( Now have two loot bags in my dock that I can’t open.
Unfortunately I don’t think they’re going to award you the loot bag. :( I completely understand your frustration though. I know it’s not much, but I have a party hat I could send to you if you want. Just let me know by replying to this comment and I’ll add you as a friend!

From what I have read before, they are aware of the problem and have suggested a party should be started in an empty room.
