Ganz, I would love some assistance here. When I press ‘Play’ on the homepage, it pops up, and says ‘http://www3.webkinz.com/authenticate.html’, not ‘http://www.webkinz.com/authenticate.html’. The 3 is blocking my Flash Player in Chrome, crashing in Firefox, and making things run slow or freeze up the computer in Edge. I’m not playing Webkinz until this is fixed, and it’s not my computer. I know it isn’t, Ganz, so please fix it for me! Maybe I’ll try to play in a few days if you guys fix it. I know you can! – PrettyPikachu
This also has been happening to me chrome crashing. I have tried all browsers the same thing happens. My cache is empty and everything is up to date. I also have not able to go to the arcade to play games and they are not loading.
Your browsers are likely turning off the flash plug-in. You will have to manually enable it for each website that uses flash.
