Since when do I have to be deluxe to purchase a new room for my house? And why can’t I edit the rooms I already have? I am a long time player and I do not plan on going deluxe any time soon it doesn’t seem fair to those of us who have been playing for years .
Hi jaspearl. Sounds like you’re having some problems with your account. I have one regular account, the other is deluxe. I’ve never had problems buying new rooms or editing existing rooms on my regular account. Has your regular account expired? When did you last add a pet to your account? If it has been more than a year, you may have slipped to a “free” account. If so, free accounts have many restrictions and it may be time to adopt a new pet to get back to a regular account. However, if you are sure you still have a regular account and still can’t buy or edit rooms, I would send an email to Webkinz customer support. Best wishes!

QUESTION – Dr Quack – I received his outfit and a treadmill (wshop blue) will he be giving out ordinary items or ordeinary items from his retirment or NEWER maybe E-store items ?? Personally I would like his SCALES and wall items .
