Off topic, but please help. I just earned 201 points or kinzcash on Eager Beaver for the Deluxe Challenge. I already had 69. I still have just 69! It doesn’t do any good to click on Customer Service. They no longer answer. What should I do?
That’s weird about not getting credit for the game you played. Did you perhaps exit out of the game too early and change screens before the Kinzcash registered? You may just have to play the game again – fortunately it’s for the entire month. Good Luck!
Thank you, Gladysomega, for answering. I often exit out of a game once I have what I need. I never thought about having to give it time to register the kinzcash. Fortunately it’s a game I enjoy and would play more often if I had time. So, I will just play it over, and have learned a lesson. Thanks again!
