On Thursday, September 8th, log in to your Webkinz Classic account on the desktop app and visit the Today’s Activities schedule to receive your special prize for September: A Sky High Sundae Cap!
On Webkinz Next, look for the prize notification in your Message Center at the top right corner of the screen. Click on it to receive your cap in Webkinz Next.
Please note: this prize CANNOT be sent, traded, or sold on Webkinz Classic.

I actually like crazy hats because I like to make my pets look kooky sometimes.

This is adorable on classic, I have several pets it would look so cute on! It looks a bit too plastic-y on next IMO, but the right pet might be able to pull it off.
Random question, but what should you do if you’re pretty sure you didn’t receive the monthly Deluxe gift box?
@aloves pugs are you on a yearly Deluxe? When does your Deluxe expire? You won’t receive a box in the month Deluxe expires. Check in your dock under the star tab. Boxes are labeled with month and year. If not there double check whatever category would go in. If you can’t find it contact the estore at: ganzestorecs@ganz.com
Does your Deluxe Membership expire sometime this month? If so, you won’t receive September’s box until you renew. If it doesn’t expire this month and you still haven’t gotten your box, you may have to contact customer support.
No! Another hat?! :-( And…it can’t be sent, traded, or sold! Why does an appreciation GIFT come with restrictions? That is NOT how “giving a gift” works! Once again, I won’t be getting an “appreciation” gift! :-(
For Player Appreciation Day, I would prefer getting a placeable item rather than clothing/hats. Maybe there could be an option of two items (placeable and clothing) and a player could select one of those items. That would make it fun !!
