I FIGURED IT OUT! LOOK FOR THE AD SOMEWHERE ON A PAGE AS YOU SURF AND CLICK AROUND AFTER AWHILE AN AD WILL APPEAR, CLICK ON IT AND IT SAYS CONGRATULATION AND TELLS YOU TO LOG IN TO GET YOUR SNOWBALL.
