Visit Webkinz Next Dec 18-26 to collect the falling toy balls in Kinzville. Click on the little blue balls as they roll across the screen. Trade in twenty balls at a time to collect cool prizes! There are nine toys in total. Can you collect them all?
This year, we’ve added two new items to the prize pool, The Holiday Snowman S’melt and the Winter Snowman S’melt plushies. Collect these cuties, display them, don’t miss them.

How do you get the prizes for your balls?
Click on the icon that shows how many you’ve collected and then trade them in for a random prize.
640 balls and I still didn’t get all the prizes. This is NOT cool. What a disappointment. It’s no wonder kids don’t play.
I really wish we could choose the toys we want – I don’t the the random toy award – I’m a little tired of getting trains and block stacks. I haven’t had any trouble getting my 100 balls, though, so that part is working well.
Exactly, who has time for this to NOT get all the prizes? Not impressed. Not surprised either. grrrr
Love the prizes this year and was really excited to get them. I collected 50 balls yesterday and decided to save them instead of redeeming immediately. I logged in today, and now I have zero! Super disheartening. Is there any way this can be fixed?
Log out and log back in. Mine disappeared too and I completely freaked out until I logged out and back in and they reappeared. Phew!
So I had 13 balls that I got on day 1, day 2 the 13 balls were there when I logged in, which is what I expected, so I collected about 90 yesterday & figured I would wait to do all the prizes at the end. I’m hoping it is a glitch that will be announced when it is Monday morning. BUT if it isn’t a glitch, and we have to redeem prizes the same day, don’t you think it would have been smoother to share that ahead of time???? I get that Webkinz wants to change things up and not always have to stick the doing things the same way, BUT when you have done things a certain way more than a couple times, I don’t think it would be too much to ask, and would likely decrease complaints and negative reactions, if when people log in you have an announcement that is BIG AND BOLD and says ATTENTION: NOTE THIS CHANGE: Redeem your toys each day or you will lose them. Or ATTN Last day to use your snowflakes to make____. Do you want to log out/quit before collecting your prizes?? If you’re taking time to announce the game here in a post, couldn’t you at least mention that you have to collect them each day?? Then you can at least say, we did put the information in the announcement and we can find the info when we have the question…but here it is just other comments so it isn’t something we know for sure. Sorry. I know you all get a lot of complaints, and I have worked in tech, so I get that things just happen, but it really feels like sometimes just the communication is lacking in forthought…i.e like the in game instructions that another user asked about for game instructions. I know I tend to be an instruction reader before I play both for video games and board games. Others just jump in. But I think you’d have a lot better user experience if there was more in game info. I still can’t seem to figure out the Diner bonus…call me dumb if you want, but I like to know exactly what # I need to get the bonus just like in Yatzee where they say you need 63 or more…
We’re looking into why it’s not accurately displaying the number of balls you’ve collected when you log in — the number should show the total of all days when you collect your first ball of the day, though. You are not expected to redeem your prizes the same day — as long as you redeem before the event is over, you can do it whenever you please.
How come balls caught don’t carry over to the next day? I almost had enough for another toy but today when I logged in I had no toy balls.
Maybe using the area where the market and candy canes wasn’t the smartest idea. If the balls drop too close you end up loading scene and losing your chance at the balls and have to wait again. Maybe do this by the playground?
I am vastly dismayed, disconcerted and disheartened with The Toy Chase and, in a way, the games in the arcade. But first the The Toy Chase. Yesterday I managed to find 11 balls. I finished playing and logged out. And this morning I find none of the balls I collected yesterday. Not. One. And was further dismayed when I saw there is absolute positively NO explanation, no warning whatsoever that unless I used the balls that I had caught the very same day, I’d loose them. :( Very dismayed. And worse still, I spent quite a bit of time this morning looking for more falling balls. And found not. a. single. ball. :( As for the Arcade Games, I was also taken back that there are no explanations, no instructions for the games in Next unlike the instructions you find on the majority of the arcade games in Classic. And I was more than a bit disconcerted at this when I went to play Artie’s new game in Next and discovered that there were no clue, no instructions on how to play it. I’m not an arcade rat of years ago, I’m not a video gamer as many youngster are today. A set of instructions would be nice. :(
Will there be a webkinz day loot bag this year ?
When you catch your first ball of the day, it brings yesterday’s count back and adds from there. Arti’s game is just Lily Padz from classic except completely mouse controlled instead of keyboard.
My balls also disappeared when I logged back in, but reappeared once I found another one luckily. Arte’s game is a bit of a learning curve but it’s a lot like the original Lily Padz!
The balls disappeared for me too until I went back to Kinzville and waited for balls to come down again. Once you start collecting them, the number will resume to your previous count. This happened with both my accounts – hope this helped!
I agree. I haven’t found a single ball yet and I’ve been on Webkinz Next each day. I’m not even sure where I’m supposed to look.
