Dear Ganz; The season pass is not working right for the totally rad season! First it would not even open. Logged out and back in and got a message saying “Not connected to Store”. Then tried a third time and got message saying “Looks like you already own this.” Of course everything is still locked. Please fix this ASAP
I am unable to purchase a Season Pass for the Rad Season. The $ amount buttons do not light up to connect. Will you be fixing this soon?

I am still trying to buy the Pass section of Emerald City. I finished the free section days ago, but the blue button to buy the Pass rewards still doesn’t work! Someone please help.
Why has no one at Ganz addressed this major problem? I and others were unable to make the Pass Section buy button work and have lost the chance to get those items. Will you extend the season until you have solved the problem or are we just out of luck?
