The ghost is returning to the Clubhouse with new candies and a new grand prize! Our annual trick-or-treat event is returning the Clubhouse from October 20th to October 31st! Visit the Reading Room in the Clubhouse and look for the ghost. Click on him to receive 1 of 12 delicious candies! You can collect 1 candy every 3 hours. Here’s a look at the new and returning candies he’ll be handing out: 
Once you’ve collected all 12 candies, you’ll unlock the grand prize. Instead of another Jack O’Lantern, we’ve created a completely NEW prize this year: a Witch’s Broomstick! What do YOU think of the candies and the new grand prize? Let us know in the comments below!

Ganz, I emailed webkinz support like you suggested, but they haven’t emailed me back. I was going to wait 48 hours, but I’m wondering if maybe they didn’t get my email. Should I email again? And do I need to include my return email?
