I love doing the Season Pass but I am trying to find the last one so I can finish collecting my prizes. It says you can go back after the Season. Anyone know how to do this? Please help me???
Any earned prizes that you hadn’t already collected are automatically awarded the next time you log in. You can’t continue to earn towards previous Seasons when they are finished.
As a Classic Webkinz player, I have to say that the Next Winterfest prizes are MUCH nicer than what we got on Classic. I love ALL the Next prizes, but only 3 of the Classic prizes: the place setting, the tree, and the plushy. I’m tired of sports things as prizes for events like Winterfest. That doesn’t mean I don’t like them as items that we can buy in the KinzStyle Outlet if we want them. I would much rather buy them only if I wanted them. :-/
I don’t see an article about the new Next season yet, so I will post this here and hope that someone sees it. I just took members of my unicorn family on vacation, and stopped for a family photo. It didn’t count toward the season challenge. I will log out and back in later to see if anything changes. I just thought that you should know.
Sally, I noticed one of my other accounts was offered 150 diamonds for $4.99 instead of the “adopt a pet of your choice” offer. Is this promotion randomly offered as one or the other. The diamond offer is so much better as we could adopt a pet of our choice or buy diamond prizes at the W-shop with 150 diamonds or even spark a baby. Will my other account eventually be offered the 150 diamond pack for $4.99. I sure hope so. I’m so disappointed my main account only was offered a pet to adopt at a reduced price. I wish I could choose. I have a lot of pets on that account. My “Webkinz economy” can’t handle anymore lol.
Not every account receives every offer, no, but you can check to see which your account has by tapping on the Diamond icon. I’m sure there will be more offers in the future.
I was able to adopt a new pet with no problem, but I can’t figure out how to name it. Do I need to contact support?
If it didn’t prompt you to name it, log out and back in. It will then prompt you to name it.
The footprints in the snow is cool. I enjoy winter fest, it’s fun.
Oh my goodness strawberrycream12! Thank you so much for posting this. This just happened to me and I thought the same exact thing. I had no idea how to redeem the offer after I was charged. I actually was on my Apple account trying to figure out how to dispute the charge. It is weird how nothing was announced about the offer and no instructions whatsoever on how to redeem a pet for purchase, especially since I have never received an adoption pet in my dock so why would I think to look there? I would love if Next would add an option to be able to view our purchase history within our Next App. It seems not as transparent as I would like. I love how Ganz Estore has all of my purchase history listed for Classic. It is so handy.
I love all of the winterfest prizes. I felt really frustrated about the pet thing since it had zero instructions. Especially because the support was unhelpful about it, and logging in and out didn’t fix adding diamonds to my account that I used my gift card for. Anyways, I love the winterfest prizes and can’t wait!
So there is a HUGE scam going on webkinz next! DO NOT buy the “Choose any pet you want for 4.99″. It will charge your account, go into your account charge as “Offer 2″, but you will not get ANYTHING. Diamonds will not be added, a pet is not added, it does not let you select a pet in the adoption center! There is no message, no code. It just steals your money! The one that is going on other accounts, “Get 150 diamond for 4.99″ DOES work. It will give you diamonds. Do not fall for the stealing scam of the adopt any pet you want! Also, they will tell you it’s not their problem. When I contacted Webkinz support when diamonds did not go in my account, they told me it wasn’t their issue, and to contact Apple or Google.
This offer adds a Pick a Pet Crate to your dock. Drag this into your room and tap on it to pick your new pet.
Well, why on earth did not give any instructions? It does not say that when you log in or purchase it, it literally just says “Purchase Successful”
So when diamonds do not go in your account support will literally say ” If you made a purchase from Webkinz Mobile App and have seen a charge but no points deposited to your account, please contact your country’s Google Play Support or Apple iTunes support.”
This is because the payment goes through your app store and the app store has to send a message back to Next that the purchase has been made. Sometimes you can force this communication by logging out and back in and then tapping on the Diamond icon to get the store to communicate. But if the store hasn’t updated the game, there is nothing we can do from our end.
Got ya. Well the store charged me, but I never did receive the diamonds. I had to dispute the charge with apple. Thanks for the info!
