So sorry, Aurora. I am not having any problem with the wshop. My problem is getting booted off after taking care of a couple of my pets. Then having to log back in. Very frustrating with mobile right now.
That might be because of poor internet or if you have too many apps open. having too many apps open also drains your battery, so to limit that press the home button 2 times really fast and swipe up on the app when you’re done with it.

I don’t have problems getting in the mobile Wshop, but often when I scroll down the page I get bumped out of the store and back to my room as if I’m not allowed to shop at that time. Other times, I can shop without issues.
this is off topic…the w-shop doesn’t seem to be working on mobile..i tap w-shop but it never pops up..anyone else having this problem?
